Request for Promotion: NQF4 Customer Service Programme Opportunity
Applications are now open for the NQF Level 4 Customer Service Programme aimed at frontline staff employed within the tourism, hospitality, and related sectors.
This skills development programme is designed to equip learners with essential customer service skills focused on improving service excellence, enhancing customer engagement, and strengthening visitor experiences within the tourism and hospitality industry within the region.
The programme forms part of ongoing efforts to improve service standards, build workforce capacity, and support the growth and competitiveness of the local tourism sector.
